Hi …
   Today i thought of cooking curry with carrot and green peas…i  finished the curry by adding milk to it n also bit garam masala powder..hmmm..it tasted delicious n its healthy too….hope u too will enjoy this delicious and healthy recipe :-)

ingredients:
carrots 3
green chillies 3
green peas half cup
Onion 1
                                                                                                           Tadka/Seasoning / Talimpu:
                                                                                                                   oil 3 tspns
                                                                                                                   garlic cloves 3
                                                                                                                   red chillies 3
                                                                                                                   ginger  (a small piece)
                                                                                                                  cumin seeds  1/2 tspn
                                                                                                                 Mustard seeds 1/2 tspn
                                                                                                                Chana dal n urad dal 1/2 tspn
Preparation:
Cut carrots into small cubes.cut the onion into slices.
Heat kadai n add oil..add garlic cloves when the oil is heat enough…sauté for few minutes and add red chillies, cumin and mustard seeds. when the mustard seeds starts bursting add chana dal and urad dal in it..sauté till urad dal turns into little dark…now add chopped onions n green chillies and Waite for 5 minutes.now add the carrot , peas to the onions and sauté it for 5 minutes  .Now add 1 tspn red chilly powder, half tspn turmeric powder and salt to taste. Waite until the carrot becomes soft as cooked.when the curry is almost done pour half a cup of milk in it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now before offing the stove sprinkle  half tspn of garam masala powder on it…stir it well n Waite for 3 mints and off the stove and serve hot.
